What is a VA or Virtual Assitant?
VA stands for Virtual Assistant. In basic terms a VA is someone who works remotely. Generally they work in their own home and assist people with jobs they can outsource. In my case administration tasks for business owners.
How can a Virtual Assistant help you?
Using a VA can improve your efficiency and benefit you in many ways, some examples are;
- Only paying for the minutes/hours they are working for you. You have no downtime paid for sickness, lunch breaks, tea and toilet breaks, annual holidays, training days, away days
- Enabling you to get on with the work that you specialise in. This prevents you from getting overloaded with daily admin tasks)
- Removing the stress and worry about your calendar being too busy. Prevents bookings overlapping or not having enough time between client visits/meetings
- Giving you more time to interact with current and potential customers more frequently therefore, giving you the potential to earn more revenue and building your business
- Have the correct professional paperwork in place for any future meetings, bids, presentations you are attending
- Giving you the flexibility to increase/decrease your VA hours during busy times/quieter periods
- Not having to pay overheads such as Tax, National Insurance, pensions, training, IT equipment and even refreshments
- Have someone to chase up on your behalf outstanding work/quotes etc. Preventing things from getting missed, no customer is forgotten
- Keeping customers up to date with news. Updating your social media/websites – getting in front of new/current customers to sell them new products. Keeping them updates on news.

If any of the above makes you think you could do with some help/assistance, please get in touch. There is probably plenty of work that you could delegate to me and lighten your work load (check out my services page here). I personally find a 30-minute discovery call is extremely helpful to discuss your regular pain points and also find out if would work well together.
